When one can successfully complete one set at 20 reps with perfect form and consistent speed, being two reps shy of failure? Been debating both… Thanks a bunch! Typically, it falls in the neighborhood of 5 days on the quick side of things to six weeks.

For most exercises I like something in the 10-15 rep range.
Have you actually watched the slaughtering of cows, pigs or chickens?
These exercises target your whole rectus abdominis from the top to the bottom completely, while also giving a bit of training for other muscle groups included in the abs and hips as well.
